Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by courier issues or customs clearance may occur. If you have upcoming travel or specific deadlines, we recommend ordering in advance.

Courier Communication

Couriers may contact you via email or phone for delivery coordination. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. If a parcel is returned due to missed communication, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

Safe Delivery Locations

We recommend using a secure delivery address. If a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier but you didn’t receive it, please reach out to the courier first for proof of delivery. Then email us at support@savycart.com for further help if needed.

30-Day Free Return Policy

We offer FREE returns within 30 days of delivery—no questions asked. Whether the item didn’t meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you can return it as long as it meets the conditions below:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Bundles must be returned completely
• Final Sale items are only returnable if defective

How to Return

1. Email us at support@savycart.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a free prepaid return label (only shipping customs/duties may apply based on country).
3. Send the item using a valid tracking number. We are not liable for lost return packages.

Return Processing

Returns are usually processed within 2–4 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds include the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Depending on your payment method, refunds may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear.

Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Once the original item is received, we will dispatch the replacement as discussed with you by email. Exchanges are also FREE and covered by our return label.
